Three Vintage packs of Birthday Candles in their Original Packaging: 1) Halo Novelty, won’t blow out, made in Japan. Has some slight discoloration on packaging, 2) Halo Dripless-has some yellowing on box, made in Japan 3) Happiest birthday candles. Dripless, smokeless. Still has the clear plastic wrap.
